The Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, to say nothing of the Federalist Papers are some of the finest documents ever written, they are the cornerstones of our republic, and to put this kind of disclaimer on them is an insult. it's bad enough when it's put on books like Huckleberry Finn and To Kill a Mockingbird, but to put it on our Constitutuion is an outrage.
