Pure Delight

The ribs tasted even better than they smelled or looked.  I served them over mashed potatoes and they were delicious.  Just the perfect meal for a cold, and it was cold here only in the 40's, February day.  Next I'm going to try a pot roast and I've found a recipe for Crock Pot Chicken Teriyaki that I want to try.  I love trying new recipes and finding what works and what doesn't.  Pinterest has been a lot of help in finding new recipes, very addicting.
