Plain yogurt, fruit, raw oats, flax seeds, and a spoon of unsweetened coconut, with a big mug of green tea. A couple times a week The Writer makes us eggs and bacon, yum, yum. Now I have one--and only one-- cup of coffee and a cookie--I know--sigh! <br />Mid-morning we have something substantial--maybe with potato, eggs, turkey bacon--at least once a week I make muffins. We usually have toast with homemade bread, citrus fruit if there's any in the house. If I'm in a hurry I have Rice Krispies with a dollop of yogurt.
