Rain, rain, rain, nearly every day and more forecast, a bit tired of that but the garden is loving it. Some pictures Mac took for me.

Oh your garden is looking great. It's been a slow spring here, too but things are finally coming on. Glad you don't have to go back for a bit! Good news!
ReplyDeleteYour garden is so pretty, I would like some of that rain.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
Looking great 😊
ReplyDeleteIn between being lazy, keep the good news rolling.
ReplyDeleteWe've had nothing but rain here in PA, but the garden does love it and especially the roses, as long as it's a gentle rain and on the whole it has been. Hope all picks up for you.
ReplyDeleteIt is not like you to have much rain - that is a British pre-occupation!!! as you know. However, curiously we have had sun all day long during most of the month of May, and I am just beginning to wonder where the rain has gone to - may be it is with you.
ReplyDeleteSo pleased to learn that you are continuing to get better, and the garden certainly looks as if it is enjoying the rain.
With all that rain, your garden will explode! I'm very glad to hear you are doing well and get to wait two weeks before going back. -Jenn
ReplyDeleteOh my yes, we have had some rain but like you say, the flowers love it! Hope you are more "regular" soon! :-)
ReplyDeleteYour garden is looking good.
ReplyDeleteGood to hear your oncologist is pleased with your progress, good news indeed.
All the best Jan
Your garden looks lovely. We're having "May gray" weather here in SoCal but I love the clouds. I'm so happy to hear that all is going well for you dear friend. Pat 🌹
ReplyDeleteHello, Mac,

I came back home from my hometown Tokyo. Wonderful new header!
I often think of you.
Glad to know that everything went well.. love n hugs..
ReplyDeleteWhew! I was afraid to ask; I am so glad all is well. Not lazy, my friend--healing.
ReplyDeleteYes, glad to know all is well - the flowers are beautiful
ReplyDeleteMac is a sweetie for taking pics for you so you can share the garden with him. Lily's are my favorite and yours are lovely. Get well and strong. We're all in it with you.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures - everything is blooming. Glad everything is ok at the oncologist.
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty flowers - the mimosa tree is wonderful! Always thinking of you. Hugs xo Karen
ReplyDeletePretty pictures. I've been appreciating sun after so much rain earlier in the year.
ReplyDeleteI am thrilled all is going well, prunes may help. Your garden is looking good.
ReplyDeleteGood to hear from you. I'm sure gardens appreciate the rain more than we do:)
ReplyDeleteGosh, I love the new header picture, how fabulous is that!?
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you have taken over our rain... lol, but glad you'r hospital appointments are getting fewer. love the Gladioli, that's one flower that refuses to grow in my garden.
It's good to hear from you and to know that you're doing well. Sometimes a rest is a good thing. The flowers that Mac photographed are lovely. A self-seeded mimosa sounds wonderful. I love the painting of the sheep, sheepdog and garden for your header. A nice composition. Thinking of you, Linda.
ReplyDeleteLazy is good, try prunes if you like them...prune soup with apricots is really good...I like it cold:)
ReplyDeleteThe sun is over here trying to set new heat records for the month of May in Sweden :)
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are doing great and it's good to hear that your are doing okay, too. Didn't know mimosas could seed themselves, but that explains some I've seen in wild places.
ReplyDeleteWish I could send you some of our sunshine. Your flowers are lovely, and I'm so happy with your good report from the doctor. Have you on my mind a lot. Prayers and Hugs.
ReplyDeleteLazy is good, it's called "recuperating." Your body needs that.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty flowers. Glad the oncologist visit went well. You're not being lazy! It takes a while to get your strength back. Make sure you take care of yourself. Your energy will come back in time.
ReplyDeleteRub the bottom of your feet with your thumbs or a golf ball, it will help your body with elimination. It really works. Such good news my friend.
ReplyDeletewow !!! beautiful photos and so lovely flower :) i really like your good idea so much.Thank for sharing.
