Just a quick blog to show that the first of my Louisiana Iris has bloomed. It's a Beale Street and perfectly beautiul. It took some hunting to find an Iris that will bloom down here, the Dutch ones won't, though they s
ell them here. Japanese and Louisiana will, but the Louisiana are far prettier.
