A Bit of This and That

I'm not much for buying souvenirs when we travel,  but when I saw this little guy at the Nagoya train station I had to have him.

It was a mixture of his serenity and his celadon coloring.

You should know that my hero Godzilla has finally had a constellation named after him.  Well deserved honor.

My daughter  included in her birthday presents to me some new Godzillas.

I did some painting yesterday, still not happy with the results, but one of them is coming along.

That's about it from here, sadly it's time to clean bathrooms.

  2. I try not to buy too many souvenirs. Usually they are magnets or postcards. My son used to love Godzilla when he was a little boy. He was more than a little obsessive about him lol. Hope the bathroom cleaning goes quickly - not one of my favs!

  3. Hi there. Been long gone from blogging, but I think I finally back. Have missed visiting you, but will try to come by more often. Was happy to see in your last post that your Cat Scan was good. We've been dealing with lung issues with my dearest, but finally got a Dr. we think will get to the bottom of it.
I get souvenirs when they jump in my cart....haha. Like yours.

  12. Sometimes you just need a little memory... For me, it's coffee mugs. And then, if one breaks, I know I have to go back (to get another mug, of course!).
