International Women's Day

In honor of this day, with so many women marching to mark women's contributions,  Miss Kitty and I decided to contribute by doing  as little as possible.  But after further reflection we realized we already do that.  So instead we worked a puzzle.  That's two down and eight to go.

  1. I wish we didn't have to special days for women, but that people respected women ALL the time. I wish that all people were respected honestly, without regard to sex, race, religion or the part of the world where they first came from. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one!!

  3. We don't have a Women's Day, just a Mother's Day. Still, I would rather have a puzzlers day.

  7. I like puzzles and tradition at our house was that we would do one puzzle between Christmas and New Year's. Now that there are no more kids in the house, that tradition came to a halt. Sometimes I wonder why...what does it matter that there are no kids in the house?

  8. I'm so out of what is going on with the world and news, I didn't even know yesterday was International Women's Day. I think I would have chosen to do a puzzle myself too!
