Someone has been digging up my yard again! Mac put moth balls out front and so he dug up our backyard. Enough is enough! Mac set the trap up out back and look who has a taste for cat food. We saw him in the trap last night and this morning Mac hauled him off and let him go. I asked Mac if he said anything, being curious as to what an opossum might sound like, he said no, it just hissed.
Here's hoping he takes the hint and doesn't come back.

Naughty opossum! He looks quite fierce in the cage - I expect Mac let him out at a distance away from your garden or he would probably come back again?
ReplyDeleteThat bad opossum. We get this at times with moles at Cranberry Cottage. Did you take him somewhere and leave him?

Heidi, yes my husband took him away, but not too far, he worried that it might have babies somewhere, he's so soft-hearted. We get moles digging up the yard too and armadillos.
