GODZILLA KING OF THE MONSTERS Anyone who blogged with Janet knew she was a huge livelong fan of ...
Oh No!! so much snow!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing that you have snow - it is unusual for us to get snow in the Cotswolds, but even more so for you.
ReplyDeleteIt does look pretty, especially if you're indoors looking through the window!
ReplyDeleteWell that does make a big change for you. I’m sure it won’t last. You’ll be back in the 80’s before you know it! B x
ReplyDeleteIt looks very Christmassy!
ReplyDeleteWe're having crazy cold weather too, but no snow yet. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteWinter has painted a lovely picture in your area. Keep warm! Pat xx
ReplyDeleteI believe you have more snow than I do, this minute. Keep warm.
ReplyDeleteIt looks really pretty. It's cold here but we haven't had snow really just a smattering. Keep yourself warm. Donna x
ReplyDeleteOur high temperature for today was 32 F--for about an hour in the mid-afternoon. No snow, but unpleasantly cold--winters here [south-central Kentucky] are very unpredictable.
ReplyDeleteYour pool looks like it is ready for your very own Polar Bear Plunge!
ReplyDeleteLOL. It is way colder here and snowier. I guess up in Michigan (in the lake snow belt) it's just something that happens. I won't ever get used to it, but snow is expected and a lot of it. It's been snowing for days and, although pretty, I've just about had enough. I know that there are a couple months more to come. I'd love it to be 31C!
ReplyDeleteIt looks so pretty !
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
It does look pretty though. Hope it warms up for you soon.
ReplyDeleteOur snow has gone to make way for storms, but at least it was seasonal snow and could have been worse. Love your house, and the pool looks inviting even with snowy surroundings.
ReplyDeleteIt does look lovely though :-) Snow is good for a while but usually only a short while. Hope it warms up where you are soon.
ReplyDeleteHow strange, the weather worldwide is getting peculiar. Hope it warms up for you soon.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've ever seen photos of snow on your blog before. Your home looks lovely surrounded by snow but I guees your would rather it wasn't there:)
ReplyDeleteWhy, Janet, you could ski right into your pool! We have about the same as you. We heard 1989 was the last snow like this here in Georgetown.
ReplyDeleteNo snow here, but colder than a witch's heart! Your snow looks pretty, at least. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteCrazy weather for the south! I am happy to get some snow, although it could be warmer.
ReplyDeleteWow that's more than we have here... We had snow before Christmas, none over Christmas, a little again for New Year, but now all gone again...
ReplyDeleteThere does seem to be rather a lot of freak weather around this year.
ReplyDeleteYou've got to admit ... it does look pretty.
ReplyDeleteI do hope it warms up for you soon though.
All the best Jan
Very pretty! A little late for a white Christmas! Stay warm:)
ReplyDeleteIt is really beautiful isn't it? I hope you have warmed up a bit, we are expected to finally start warming up today. Happy 2018!
ReplyDeleteYou know, this is exactly the weather I avoided by traveling on I-95 in the middle of the night! Coming back from Greenville, SC, the plan had been to spend the night in Bluffton. After we checked into the hotel, had dinner, and THEN saw the news and weather forecast, we left the hotel at 9:30 at night (never having slept in the nice, warm bed) and drove home all night. But I have to admit, it looks pretty from the inside - ha!
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming over to Marmelade Gypsy -- I'm so glad I came back over here! I know winter is much worse for those of you in the south than here, but let me tell you, it's no picnic even when you are used to it! We just learn to adjust -- cook warm food, read loads of books and do crafty things (unless you are like my Rick who lives for snow and cross country skiing. This is not an area on which we agree!) Anyway, it's getting warm here today (and back cold tomorrow) and most of our Michigan snow has melted, so I'm sure it will be much better for you very soon!
