It's Done!

Bryce Canyon
My eyes may never be the same, I know my brain won't, but it's finally done.  The problem with working puzzles here is that the only place with enough space to work one is upstairs and we virtually shut the upstairs down (doesn't that sound strange) in the summer.  It's just too hot up there.  We have 2 central air units, but I'm too cheap to run both of them, so we just stay downstairs in the summer.
In order to work on the puzzle I'd have to brave the heat and it's hard to work with sweat in your eyes, but I got it done and I quite enjoyed the challenge.  May wait till it's cooler to start another one though.

  3. That's quite an achievement to have finished the puzzle with so many pieces and similar colours in the picture.
I can relate regarding only using part of the house in the hot season as in Italy we live in the ground floor in the summer and first floor in the colder months. Fortunately the house has been converted to two apartments so there are two kitchens, two types of separate central heating systems etc. Can't wait to be there in the Autumn when it will be cooler.

  4. Goodness, that must have taken some doing, I bet all the pieces looked alike. It's a long time since I've done a jigsaw but my dad enjoys doing them.

  5. Looks like a tricky one! I can't imagine our house being too hot to use the upstairs!
