Happy Birthday to my best friend my husband Mac. It's a beautiful day for him, like Autumn always should be.For his birthday, among other things , I have given him a mandolin, and a book to show how to play it. He already plays guitar and has been getting the urge to try a mandolin so I thought I'd nudge him along.
For his birthday meal he's getting Paella, a proper Spanish meal for my Spaniard.
