We've had a beautiful week here with temperatures mostly up in the 70's with lots of sunshine. Last night brought thunderstorms and cooler temperatures. The sun is trying to break through and then it will be warmer this weekend with promises of 80º weather by the middle of next week.
Two weeks till St. Patrick's Day and then just 12 days till Easter, I don't like it when they come so close together, I like my holidays spread out.
With that said, here's what's looking Eastery around here.
First are the daffodils, they've been blooming since December and now I have them in 3 different colors.
One is all yellow, one yellow and gold and one white with yellow,
Second is my table set for Easter, who knows, we might even eat there.

Third is my Easter Egg Plate.
Fourth is my new bunny who we put out by the front door with a basket of eggs.
And Fifth is the Easter Wreath on my door.
Just for fun I'm throwing in the Easter critters sitting on the couch in the living room, someone should use it, the only time we do is at Christmas time.
We're off to pick up some Chinese food that Mac's been craving. That's about the least Easter sounding food I can think of unless you count Egg Foo Young or Egg Rolls. Have a great weekend.
Your Easter decorations are so cute! I especially like the wreath.
ReplyDeleteLovely daffodils and Easter decorations, I love the Easter bunny:)

Very pretty, and I love your tablecloth with the lace edges. I love linens and always look for things like that at our thrift stores. However, they are really pricing them higher these days.
ReplyDeleteI love your variety of daffodils. I've always loved the ones with the dark ruffly centers and have lots of them in Minnesota. Your Easter decorations are all so spring-y and pretty.
ReplyDeleteFun decorations.
ReplyDeleteI am having sushi and sashimi tonight.
Yummy !
cheers, parsnip
Your door looks so inviting and your daffodils are fantastic
ReplyDeleteEaster in springtime, what a novel idea haha. Usually it is quite autumnal here at Easter but this year it is still quite summery and hot. I enjoyed your decorations.
ReplyDeleteDiana
Janet that is such a pretty vase of daffodils - love the different shapes and colours.
ReplyDeleteOh I would love to visit your house at Easter - such a pretty little bunny to welcome people to your door.
I also love the little basket on your door - so pretty, I haven't seen anything like that here!
Not long now until Easter
Shane

ReplyDeleteOh I'm so jealous of your warm weather. You look like you are all ready for Easter. B x
ReplyDeleteYou look as if your ready for Easter with all your decorations up. Love the ones outside by the front door. Lots going on here before Easter - Mothering Sunday (Mother's Day) tomorrow, St. Patrick's Day mid March. I'm looking forward to Easter and then our trip to Italy at the beginning of April.
ReplyDeleteI love your pretty little Easter decorations. Egg rolls for Easter food - funny!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the yellow and white combinations that have been popping up everywhere. Yellow is so warm and welcoming don't you think?
ReplyDeleteLove your daffy bouquet. We can buy daffodils in the shops but no sign of anything peeking out from winter soil just yet (I'm in northerly Alberta, Canada). We have mild weather it might be sooner than usual.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a beautiful weekend ... my first time visit. Love your header!
Brenda

ReplyDeleteI've just noticed the painting at the top of your blog, I have the same one in my utility room. I love it, just like Little Red Riding Hood at Grandma's door! I love your five, I really must decorate my front door with Easter things. It doesn't tend to happen here. Have a wonderful weekend xx
ReplyDeleteI love your cheerful flowers and decorations! Looking like you're all set for the season. ;) I especially love the basket on your door - so pretty.
